About Us
From its origins in the 1960s, Wyre Forest Citizens Advice Bureau has evolved into an important organisation dealing with over 7,000 enquiries a year.
We provide independent, confidential, impartial and free advice on a range of issues including debt and consumer issues, benefits, housing, legal matters, employment and discrimination.
The service is completely free and confidential. We don't judge or take sides, and our advice is unaffected by any consideration other than the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice Bureau.

our Money Advice service is playing a vital part in helping people take control

From filling in claim forms to preparing benefits appeals,
we provide a range of services to do with benefits.
Benefit Check
In 2001, Wyre Forest CAB reclaimed over £100,000 worth of
benefits for clients who didn't know they were entitled to this money.
CLS Quality Mark
The Community Legal Service (CLS) is part of a government initiative to ensure that ordinary people can get information and help about their legal rights and understand how to enforce them in the right place, at the right time.
Wyre Forest CAB has been awarded the Community Legal Service Quality Mark, which means you can be confident that we provide a high standard of legal information and help.
Guest Speaker
If you belong to a local group that meets on a regular basis, we are more than willing to offer a guest speaker to talk about Wyre Forest CAB. This service is free, although you can make a small donation if you wish.
