You don't need an appointment to see an adviser in person. Simply drop in to any of the offices below and we will see you as soon as we can.

Advice By Telephone
To get advice by telephone, call our Advice Line on
01562 823953 between these times:
· Monday: 10am - 1pm
· Wednesday: 2pm - 4pm
· Thursday: 10am - 1pm
Our adviser will ask you for your name and other personal details for our records, but anything you say is completely confidential.

Please explain your problem as clearly as possible.
Be sure to enclose any correspondence or documents which are relevant to your query. If you don't have access to a photocopier, please send the originals and we'll photocopy them for you. The original documents will be given back to you.
For more complicated problems, you may need to attend the bureau to see an advisor in person.
We try to answer letters within 3 working days but, since we have limited resources, you'll need to be patient while you await a response.
