Want to be a Volunteer?

At the time of writing:

· Wyre Forest CAB has 40 workers
· 33 of the 40 are unpaid volunteers

Volunteers are the lifeblood of the CAB, and whatever your speciality you too can become part of a well established and growing advice network which truly values its 21,000 volunteers.

At Wyre Forest CAB, you'll be working in a friendly, informal atmosphere, helping to provide free and confidential advice to anybody, on almost any subject imaginable - debt, housing, employment, benefits and legal matters to name but a few.

No qualifications are required before you join us. With training and support, you'll learn new skills, gain confidence and improve your chances of finding paid work. All we ask is that you work well in a team and enjoy helping others.

So the question is not 'Can I afford to volunteer?' but 'Can I afford not to?'

What would you like to do?

There are many ways to get involved at Wyre Forest CAB. You could:

· Train to be an Adviser
· Help as an Administrator
· Sit on the Trustee Board
· Become an IT Assistant

Whatever you choose to do, by volunteering at Wyre Forest CAB you'll be playing an active part in improving the lives of thousands of people and influencing the development of national and local policies and services.
